Celebration of Hope

The butterfly has been used as an ancient Christian symbol of hope and resurrection! This Easter we celebrated hope with the children of Wynyard. All over the village children created butterflies and put them in their windows and outside their houses as a symbol of hope, even through COVID. Jesus gives us hope as after he was killed on the cross, he defeated death coming to life again. He invites all of us to share in His new life and the hope he offers.
